Dublin Art Book Fair, Ireland’s leading art book fair and centre for artist books presents its thirteen edition. Taking place in Temple Bar Gallery + Studios over ten days, DABF champions small, creative and independent publishers, both Irish and international and artist books. Within this mix, over 500 newly published and unusual publications on art, design, visual culture, philosophy, architecture, select fiction and poetry will feature alongside a special section of nominated books led by Guest Curator Wendy Erskine.

To mark the 2nd birthday of his store Jamie Mann (abodegeneralstore.com) reached out to us to share our archive of flyers. Amber Redmond (@ard.irl) took our source material and repurposed it for the Abode party in Hen’s Teeth. The flyers were projected during the event and elements of some flyers also feature on a limited edition tee designed for the special occasion.

Temple Bar Gallery + Studios presents Dublin Art Book Fair 2022: A Caring Matter (DABF22), the twelfth edition of Ireland’s only art book fair. Taking place from 24 November to 4 December 2022, the gallery is transformed into an art book fair where you can enjoy an impressive range of artist books, curated book titles, independent publishers, talks and events in a unique atmosphere.

Dublin Art Book Fair is a centre for artist books, and champions creative, independent publishers, both Irish and international. It presents a curated selection of books on art, design, visual culture, philosophy, architecture, select fiction and poetry. The Artist Book Section at DABF features highly developed and beautiful books made by contemporary artists, designers and writers. With over 100 successful submissions at this year’s fair, it demonstrates the possibilities of the book as a form for art that continues to surprise.

We’ll have limited copies of Throw Away on sale during the book fair at a discounted price.
